By using the our apps, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are a binding Contract between you (the “Customer”) and MarketPushApps SRL-D (“MarketPushApps,” “we” and “us”), containing rules and restrictions that govern your use of our website(s), products, services and applications (collectively, the “Services”). If you have any questions, comments, or concerns regarding these terms or the Services, please contact us.
In order to use MarketPushApps’s products, the Customer needs to be at least 18 years old and have the permission to share data with Us. MarketPushApps’s only contracts will Customers that are businesses or self-employed, it does not contract with consumers.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on MarketPushApps website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software belonging to MarketPushApps
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by MarketPushApps at any time.
The MarketPushApps Cart Recovery app enables you to recover abandoned carts by customers. The app sends 2 recovery messages to customers who subscribed to receive these types of notifications.
Premium Subscriptions Service and Payment
Wix Inc. acts as a Merchant-of-Record, therefore all payments for Premium Subscriptions are processed by Wix Inc.
You may choose our free Service or paid subscription Service, which automatically renews at the end of your billing period (“Premium”), depending on your needs. You can upgrade from free Service to Premium at any time by following instructions on our price page Wix App Market listing (“Pricing”). MarketPushApps reserves the right to remove features from the free package and to make them part of Premium ones.
When a free trial of Premium is offered, you will have access to all Premium features. After the free trial period, if you choose not to upgrade to Premium, features available to you will be limited to free Service. You will be charged with the amount shown on Pricing before you can access Premium.
BY PURCHASING PREMIUM YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO OUR REFUND POLICY: NO refunds are possible.
The monthly or annual fee will be charged to you in advance through Wix’s Inc systems.
In the case of cancelling a premium plan, the Customer needs to cancel the Premium Subscription within the Wix.com platform.

The materials on MarketPushApps’s website are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. MarketPushApps makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Further, MarketPushApps does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website (and software) or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
Any information or content publicly posted or privately transmitted through the Services is the sole responsibility of the person from whom such content originated, and you access all such information and content at your own risk, and we aren’t liable for any errors or omissions in that information or content or for any damages or loss you might suffer in connection with it. We cannot control and have no duty to take any action regarding how you may interpret and use the Content or what actions you may take as a result of having been exposed to the Content, and you hereby release us from all liability for you having acquired or not acquired Content through the Services.
Limitations
In no event shall MarketPushApps or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on MarketPushApps’s website and software, even if MarketPushApps or a MarketPushApps authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
